Meetings

At the core of our Web-presenter service is the ability to deliver live and interactive meetings or presentations across the globe. This element of the service allows for meetings to be hosted from multi-locations with multiple presenters at each location anywhere in the world; simply switch between venues according to who’s speaking; and a camera at each location provides professional coverage of your meetings.  Individual location options include multiple cameras, vision mixed and broadcast live.

Deliver animated PowerPoint presentations incorporating video, audio and narrated slide in customised virtual meeting rooms with your company’s branding, links to your website and biographical notes about each speaker; easily accessible to participants. You can also add quizzes into your presentation and gain instant feedback to users’ results and comments. Additionally, you can highlight important parts of your slides using our ‘overlay’ facility; allowing you to draw or write directly over your content.

Add attachments to your presentations as reference material for participants to download at their leisure and with instant sharing, you can share files, folders, programmes or your entire desktop with nominated users or the entire meeting group. Live Polls allow you to get instant responses to votes, questions or comments.

As a host, you are able to control the event, promote users to co-host status, field questions, make amendments to the meeting room layout and present information. Nominated presenters are able to deliver content, share files and desktops, answer or respond to questions, privately chat to other presenters and hosts and appear in the video window whilst narrating their presentation. Participants can pose questions to the presenter using the message window or via their own webcam and respond to quizzes and polls distributed by the host/presenter.

With up to 300 concurrent users, the meeting element to this service is ideal for presentations to clients, colleagues, directors/boards, customers or students; company meetings; marketing and sales presentations; lectures; forums; product launches; and the multiple location feature suits Web conferences and Webinars.

Content Delivery

Our Web-Presentation interface excels at providing a complete resource for training, e-learning and meeting or lecture series solutions. Build your meeting or presentation into a curriculum of modules in order to deliver your message effectively. Other content features include sharing documents, pre-recorded audio and video files and reading material. You can also build exams or tests using the quiz resource as a way to ensure users have completed each ‘module’. A quiz can feature a combination of multiple-choice, yes/no, fill in the blanks, short answer, matching and rating questions.

Your curriculum could, for example, feature the provision of essential background reading prior to your meeting or lecture followed by a video on the subject before a series of questions to test the participants understanding. Restrictions can be set to ensure participants cannot attend the meeting before they have read the background reading for example or are unable to attempt the quiz before watching the video. Completion rates, success rates and other user statistics can be analysed in the user management area (see below).

A series of meetings or course of lectures could be set up in the same way, making this element of the service ideal for E-Learning and rapid training solutions. Content can be left on the web for a duration of your choosing and archived to DVD or DVD-ROM.

User Management

Our advanced online management system provides complete access to your content, users and training material. As a host, you will be able to set up meetings, courses and curriculum and add additional content, reading material or digital media. Content stored in the system is completely secure as courses or meetings can be made open to any user or restricted by log-in limitations. Hosts can add profiles and auto-invite users to participate and reject or accept log-in requests.

Registration by users means each participant can be tracked and their progress/attendance analysed. Users taking part in a course can have their progress monitored and statistics on those involved in quizzes can be gathered; ranging from an individual user’s total score to an overview of the most commonly incorrect answers. This element to the service ensures follow-up training can be given where necessary.
