Webcasting put simply is ‘the streaming of audio and video across the internet’ and, now with BBC, Channel 4 and other major broadcasters archiving their content in this way; webcasting and ‘on demand video’ is now accessible and familiar to internet users. With this advancement in accessibility coupled with innovations in technology and internet connection speeds, webcasting is now better value than ever before.

We offer both a Live service broadcast instantly from any location or Almost Live where your event/video is uploaded to our servers after the event so the video can be watched at the viewers convenience (on-demand viewing). We can provide the video in your preferred format or we can create a webpage to host your webcast on our dedicated servers ensure flexibility, reliability and value. Live & Almost Live
Our Live/Almost Live services allow your event to be broadcast locally or globally across the web. No need to fly in delegates from across the world; simply deliver the event directly to them in their offices. Coupled with our specialist film crew experienced in the live environment, our team will enhance the delivery of your presentation, lecture, product launch, forum or meeting and distribute it across the internet Live or soon after the event (Almost Live).
As viewers attention span on the web is much lower than in front of a television, we recommend a 2 or 3 camera, vision mixed set-up for most webcasts. See our filming services page for more details.
Live
Film your event and deliver it as it happens across the web! Your event will then be archived to DVD and sent to you for your records and left on the web for a duration of your choosing. This is an excellent way to deliver to those unable to attend in person.
Planning is key to a live webcast and our team liaise with you to ensure all possible scenarios have been accounted for. We can also deal directly with venues and their technical staff to ensure smooth operations on the day and assist in your time management.
Almost Live
Our costs saving alternative to ‘Live webcasting’ also sees our film crew cover your event live. However, the video will be uploaded after the event. Although typically the following day, this can be as little as 2 hours after the event and will still allow viewers from all over the world to watch the event at a time of thier chosing (on-demand). The benefit to you is that a specialist webcasting technician is not required during the event and in fact, may be more convenient to viewers in a different time zone.
As with the ‘Live’ service, we will happily liaise with technical staff and venues to ensure the event is a success.
After initial filming and upload, we operate a ‘pay-per-view’ policy which means you simply pay for the bandwidth you/your viewers use and can easily keep track of the costs or set restrictions in advance. Video on Demand
Give your previously recorded video a new audience with our Video on Demand service! Redistribute your promotions, training schemes and other previously produced content by hosting it on the web. We can of course edit, incorporate graphics and animations on any video you are looking to webcast.
We will encode your existing video from any format or edited video to a web based media and host it on our dedicated servers. We can either create a suitable web page based on your existing website or provide you with the code for you to embed the video within your site to allow instant access for your clients and viewers in either case; all at very affordable prices.
